Our website and products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, our online menu and point-of-sale provider, email delivery services, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Our online menu
Our online menu at thegreenhousecannabisco.com/mn/forestlake is provided by our point-of-sale and e-commerce partner, Sweed. When you browse the menu, create an account, or place an order, Sweed processes your information on our behalf. Sweed's own policies, linked from the menu, may also apply.
Email and text messages
If you join our mailing list, we will send you marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase. We may still send messages related to an order you placed.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your age confirmation, keep the site working, and measure how the site is used. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@thegreenhousecannabisco.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact the Minnesota Attorney General at ag.state.mn.us.
